Look for an update uninstall reinstall shut phone off on wifi on off clear cookies cache these are the normal fixes when people have problems. If these don't work it could be on ibottas end (wait a few hours to a day) or you can be locked out of the app. If you're locked you need to put in a ticket to be unlocked.
