Maybe I'm missing something simple, but I'm perplexed. I can't cash out, yes I have more than $20 in my acct. Ibotta answered my ticket (submitted last night). There's no locks on my acct. As far as I can tell, I have the recent app update.

My son came in and had an idea, I let him clear the android system cache and it worked!! I cashed out!
I don't understand about the cache and tech stuff, but thankful it worked. @LaraL sorry for the trouble.
