I have been a member of Ibotta for years...how ever I have not been getting my credits for the stuff I buy...I figured out by searching my Ibotta and some how my Weis Markets club card unlinked...when I try to scan or type it in, to re-connect it...it say's card not the right number....I have miss missed out on lots of items I have brought to get my credits. ☹️
I have sent in a message, and they are working on it...
If you have the receipts (and they’re not too old) you can manually submit them. At the page where your card is - right above it should be a button to scan a receipt instead.
