Interesting Ibotta Tweet about shopping on Ibotta.com

Ibotta posted on Twitter and Facebook about shopping through Ibotta.com. Wondering if anyone has done this. There have been some changes that might make it easier. Shameless plug: I started a thread about using Ibotta.com.

In general, you need to have the Browser Extension loaded to do this.  This has been possible for about a year.

From Ibotta.com, you can select the store you want to shop.  Once you select it, you go to the store's web site.  Be sure to Activate the Ibotta offer when the Pop-Up is displayed.

This is only for shopping online.  There are MANY more merchants supported by the Browser Extension than the app.  I would recommend you check the details and compare the information to what may also be in the App.

For example, I recently purchased something from Kohl's.  The percentage back in the app was 5%, but the Browser Extension only had 0.5% back.
