Did you download the app? once you do that and set up username and password. You can just start using it. Check your junk mail too. But, you should be able to use the app. 

If you want teammates you need Facebook friends. Fb friend request Dianna Bellaire

I've been using Ibotta for a little while. I know you have to download the app. And I believe you should get a confirmation email when signing up.
