Hats off to Ibotta care ! I placed 2 tickets for missing rebates from Target & Walmart Target was Dec6 & Walmart was yesterday! .My account was credited 30 minutes ago. Thank you again. With so many complaints , you deserve kudos from the Ibotta community!
@Icequeen813 Glad it worked out for you. All you have to do is be patient, we learned that a long time ago. I have 1 pending also and I know it will be taken care of and honestly, if I get the .75 great. If not, I'll live.
@Icequeen813@ScottyS I will second that on felskys comment! I have only had to put in one ticket and it was resolved within 5 days I believe. I had to put one in on an item today that won't pickup I scan when submitting me receipt and I am very confident it will be resolved. I KUDDOS to the ibotta team as well!
@Kyndranp ,, I‘be been a member of Ibotta for 3 years& have been fairly active in this community.I did notice my tickets have been resolved very quickly.... I don’t have linked accounts, , don’t use PayPal, so don’t deal w those issues.
Thanks to Nijesh B member of Care Team. . I put a ticket in yesterday for missing rebate , bought 2 items $4.50 rebate on ea ., only got credit for 1. 9 hours later had my $9 in account! One of the fastest resolutions I’ve experienced!
