Linked then unlinked walmart

I linked my walmart account, and the made my purhase for the free dinner and now the Ibotta app says I am no longer linked.  What can i do to get my ibotta rewards?

Do you have a receipt you can scan the barcode or punch in the number if it was less than 7 days. If not Send in a ticket and explain what happened

I've been trying to link my Walmart account for days, but it keeps saying it's in use by another account! I'm the only one using the account, & can't find any Ibotta help feature, nor do I see where I can just enter an order number to get the credit.  When I placed the order, it showed the Ibotta linked account feature with all of the requisite offers already available and added, so I really don't understand what's going on, nor how there's no help function.  Please help! (I placed the order starting from Ibotta)

How do I punch in the number? Where would I start to send in a ticket? I can't find either option - when I go to Walmart Pickup & Delivery (in response to "Where did you make a purchase?"), the only choice is to link my account again, which fails every time even though I placed the order from the linked account...I'm in some sort of spiral here.

• I've been trying for over 2 hours and keep having to reorder then delete my entire order because of emails saying it wasn't linked. Starting to seem like a crock.

I purchased items from WALMART online. I had to reset my WALMART password. When I tried to change it with Ibotta, it kept telling me that they were unable to link it; I got an error message that my internet was down (it wasn't) and then I got locked out of Ibotta because I tried too many times to log on. I updated my password on Ibotta and now I can't get on at all! I'm getting an error message that says "Something isn't right. Try logging on again". This is so annoying.
