I'm having a hard time linking ibota with HEB, a major grocery chain in my area... What do I do?

I don't have heb on my ibotta but if it's link at the top follow the prompts to link and it can take up to 48 hours to link.
I contacted ibotta customer care for the same thing a couple weeks ago and they were not helpful at all. Missing earning $$ every week now.
