My connected loyalty accounts do work, specifically one for a local grocery store called Brookshire Brothers. I enter my phone number associated with the store account which uses my store coupons, and gives me my Ibotta offers too.

@nlw7765  Most of the linked card offers work - but sometimes you won't get credit for everything you bought, and you don't get the "any" brand offers (.10¢ generally speaking) if you don't add them to your card first (someone correct me if I'm wrong thx).  Did you ever buy something and then the offer comes out a day later?  When your card isn't linked, sometimes you can add the offer and scan the receipt, and you will get credit for the purchase.

Here's a step by step of how I fixed my issue with my linked accounts not always working with certain rewards or offers.

• Updated profile, including email address and mobile number.
• Verify new account info.
• Disconnect all linked retailer accounts
• Log out and then Sign In again
• Reconnect retailer accounts
