I am not Tech Support, but if you tried to send someone a gift card purchased with Ibotta, you should have a record of it in your app. 

Go to the Home screen and select Gift Cards (formerly Pay with Ibotta).  Select the store of the gift card.  At the top, it will say Enter amount or Gift Cards.  Select Gift Cards.  Select the gift card in question.  The display should present you with all the information for the gift card.  There is usually a bar code, the number of the card and the security pin.

You can make a screenshot of the information in your app and send it to them as a text or email message.

Please note that I have never gifted an Ibotta Gift Card, but this should get you close.

Your only other option is to submit a request.  It is taking about a week to get a response.

No one can help you here we do not work for ibotta. Like the mmoore01 said you can screen shot it and send it that way or just resend.
