Quite a few times , I've purchased multiples of the same item . all properly on the same receipt , and all bar codes scanned, but only got credit for less than the total number of items. (ex, 3 out of 5)
Having to open tickets for these is a pain. Has anyone else had this happen ?
This is happening to many of us as well. It happens to me around 2/3 of the time and it is frustrating, but ibotta always has worked the tickets properly in these situations.
They tend to resolve the ticket in 3 to 5 days now.
I bought eucerin on Sunday 10/10 and it is still pending. What is going on
It usually happens to me when the receipt has 2 @ $0.00 with one line on the receipt instead of individual lines for each item so I stick to account linking to pick those up (Target and Meijer). Walmart is usually okay except when you buy 2 of the same product, just a different color, but only get credit for 1 cause the upc for one of them isn’t in Ibottas system for whatever reason. Never have problems with Kroger cause it doesn’t detect the rebates for you. I don’t really shop anywhere else other than online.
I opened a ticket for my missing items
I had to open a ticket today for two packages of Hormel Egg Bites that I didn't get credit for. I got credit for a single Hormel breakfast item that I also purchased. At least submitting a ticket for online purchases isn't hard once you learn how to do it.
Yesss, this just started happening to me in the last few days! So frustrating! I actually found an article that said to submit the receipt again if the offer is still showing (luckily it was). So I resubmitted the receipt with the missing offer(s) and it worked.
If the offer is no longer there, you’ll have to open a ticket, unfortunately.
Yes it has happened to me too. I did the eucerin and the axe was to get 22 in credit. Until this day I haven't received it and I sent in a ticket and no ody responded only an email asking if the article solved my problem. So disappointed
How many people do your tickets usually go through before getting resolved?
