No Rebates to Choose From

Getting ready to do my weekly grocery shopping and pulled up my ibotta app to choose rebates for the stores I was shopping at and nothing. There are no rebated to choose from at any of the stores I normally shop at. I do have some items on the list that have not yet been redeemed, but nothing else, just a blank black screen. I have rebooted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the ibotta app. I have not seen anyone else with this issue.

Same here! I tried random stores... no offers anywhere. I uninstalled/reinstalled,  did a hard reset... nothing. My already selected offers are available in the "my list" feature for each store, but nothing else. And it's frustrating because the store I'm shopping at requires manually scanning each item as you upload receipt. Ugh. I'll end up shopping blind now, and either have to go back and hope I can clip and dig through purchases later after put away OR just miss out. I can't delay any more. Anyone know what's up? Are they updating or something?

If you updated uninstalled and re installed shut phone off on wifi on off cleared cookies and cache and it's still not working then it's on ibottas end and they will fix it give it a few hours up to a day to correct itself.

Hey there, I am experiencing the same issue. I've updated the app, turned the phone off, all the things suggested with no luck. I submitted a ticket.  Hoping that works!

Food Lion is showing up for me but Walmart online & in-store aren't (and of course I'm headed there). Hope My List is up to date at Walmart.

Ugh..... Last month Ibotta didn't "see" two of my Walmart pickups back to back ($200+ orders) and I had to list every rebate I expected on both orders, it was quite an ordeal.. now this.. oy vey. 

Is the app the only place to find rebate info? I looked on the website but couldn't find anything.

Might be regional? Here in northern Nevada all is working normal. I just walked out of Wal-Mart scanning my receipt. Updated almost immediately. All rebates showing up as well.

I think the app is the only place still. I haven't checked in a hot minute, but it was set up that offers could only be selected from the app or could be found using the browser extension. You couldn't use the website for grocery offers. I always thought that was a downfall... sometimes I like to view my online store ads on my laptop for the bigger images than my phone. Having ibotta be available on my laptop for selecting offers would be nice!!!

I've got the same issue. Wal-Mart doesn't show, neither does Walgreens. Dollar tree popped up. Haven't checked any others yet. Hopefully they'll fix it soon....

Update:

Yeah, my rebates are back. I have had this app for over 5 years and never had this issue.
