Hello. I use Ibotta a lot. But this past month I have been having an issue with items not be credited or bonuses paid. I have to send a ticket almost on all transaction. And it’s from a variety of retailers.

I've been having the same issue with Hannaford! I have my ibotta account linked to my Hannaford account so that I should get the rebates within 24 hours of checking out at Hannaford. I went Friday night and still nothing!
I had the same problem last week. It took over a week to get my rebate and that was after emailing support. Then I bought something at Target with my connected account and got that in less than a day. Currently have a pending online transaction that will get me the $5 bonus and that's been almost a week too. Frustrating for sure.
I am sorry to hear all of the problems.
I am so blessed that I get deposits in a few minutes usually from my unlinked Kroger account.
It would drive me batty if I had to wait 2 days or more a lot.

ibotta customer service really is good about helping if you are patient.
I have had the same issue this month. I had to email customer service back and forth for an offer at Target for Honey **bleep**. That week, it was a midweek bonus, so I should have received an additional bonus if that counted towards my total items. I finally received the rebate this week, but still a pain emailing back and forth for a product I wouldn't have bought, if I didn't have this rebate on top of another offer.
I dot know why it "bleeped" but the brand is literally Called Honey P O T

The link app that works automatically is just rolling and rolling, I have tried several times and different days. WalMart is not linking, and this is my first one.
I have been having the same issue with Target. I have submitted a ticket 4 times, I'm waiting for $13. It's very frustrating because I've had a mostly positive experience.
I’ve been waiting for a rebate from the Hallmark store. I made an in store purchase and it shows processed and that I received the credit but it doesn’t show in my account. The help desk doesn’t really help because they don’t reply to messages.
