Not getting rebates

I have been waiting for hyvee rebates from last Monday and now Wal-Mart online grocery from yesterday am pickup. Tickets sent on both. How do you even attempt the Climb bonus when 2 of your primary retail stores rebates are tied up in tickets?

I’m not getting my rebates either. I have 3 or 4 tickets right now and some I’ve been waiting for long enough that I’m afraid either the offer or the receipt is going to expire, plus there are bonuses to.

I used to love checkout with Walmart pay, because it was almost instantaneous and pretty accurate. Since July, the accuracy has reduced and the time it takes to credit my account has increased significantly. I am also concerned about not getting credit for bonuses. 

i actually just created a post about that issue. I wonder what’s going on.

Update, both did finally go though and rebates applied.

Not sure what is going on. Hy-Vee used to go through in an hour or so. Now it takes several attempts to upload a receipt and then over a week to get credits. Wal-Mart online grocery is supposed to be within 24 hours but it was well over that.
