Old Navy purchase with ibotta

I always use ibotta to purchase Old Navy gift cards for my online purchases.  I just did this and there is not a pin number on the gift card I received.  Is this happening for anyone else?  I am now stuck and can't complete the check out but have already paid the money for the gift card.

There's been plenty of posts on the facebook page about this. Look for an update unistall and reinstall the app and it will be fixed

At the point when you begin saving with Ibotta, you'll need to bring in $20 in money-back offers (counting any rewards) before you can pull out the money. In any case, with your $15 to $20 welcome reward, this will not be hard. Record support charges. I generally use ibotta to buy [removed link] for my online buys. Sadly, Old Navy doesn't have a reward offer and just 2% money back.

I agree with most of what you said although if the "support charges" was directed toward us at Ibotta then I just want to add that we have no charges for our support.
