Did you look for an update uninstall and reinstall wifi on off shut phone off on clear cookies cache charge your phone those are the normal fixes when people have problems. Also it could be a paypal issue and not ibotta.
Thank you! I have tried all of those and it’s not working. I submitted a ticket after I saw a post on the Ibotta site that they are having issues. I tried what they had posted and it didn’t work either. I appreciate your help.
