I don’t know if you’ve noticed but you can tell when an online order isn’t going to get credit. After placing an order, even before you hit the x to go back to ibotta, it pops up that ibotta got your order. When that doesn’t happen and all you get is the shopping trip screen, that order isn’t going to credit anymore. I’m hoping I’m wrong but this has been my experience as of recent—places two ulta orders and the first one gave me the pop up and soon after that amount was pending. The second one didn’t and it’s still not pending.
Can anyone confirm if you got a rebate credit for an online purchase within the last week or so even though it didn’t pop up that ibotta got your order?
and no, I’m not talking about how long it can be pending. For it to be pending for 60 days, it has to show up in your pending earnings first.
