Printed Receipts

My local Publix stores have moved to emailed receipts. I print and scan to get my Ibotta rebates but then the post is denied because it has to be store printed. How and when will Ibotta adjust this format?  I have lost a couple of dollars due to this restriction

I have heard of some situations where people cut the provided receipt to be the size of a regular receipt.

That likely only works if it is the same format or a regular receipt, only wider.

If the format is not the same, it likely wouldn't work.

I shop at Publix, also. When shopping in store, I always get a receipt AND my receipt is emailed to me.  You should be able to scan in your store receipt.

If you are ordering online, I can't help you.  I have never ordered online.  Hopefully, someone else can help.
