If this works like last year, there are specific dates for the three bonuses. If you get them quickly, you may have to wait. If you complete the first on the last day, it may seem the second has appeared very quickly.
This is my opinion based on some of the bonuses from last year. I still haven't seen anything on these bonuses except the first one. Ibotta is usually slow to send out email updates about these programs.
