Prior to June 1, I had received a total of $56.88 in dollar rewards, of which I cashed in $50 of it towards gift cards. Since June 1, I have scanned my receipts the same as always & submitted them, but have not received any dollar rewards. I have sent an email to customer service twice, but have not received a response as to why this is happening. Could moving to a different location have anything to do with this? Please let me know if anybody has any ideas. I don’t like missing out on my cash rewards!
Your location shouldn’t matter. You can travel and scan coupons from anywhere. Do they show as pending or do they just not show up at all? Delete and reinstall the app. Keep up with the Ticket you have submitted.
That just means an offer you had redeemed before is now available for use again.
Some offers will appear multiple times.
