We are Ibotta users like you. We can't fix anything for you.
However, I would suggest you reply to the last email that was sent to you and make sure they understand what your problem is. You need to include a copy of your receipt, screenshots of the Ibotta rebates you are trying to get credit for and any bonuses you should have earned. They may also ask you for a picture of the package and/or the UPC of the item to verify you purchased the correct requirement for the offer.
Don't open a new request unless they closed the old one.
