Rethinking shopping strategy when offers are taking up to 48 hours

I may have to rethink trying to get bonuses when the weekend offers don't credit so why even try for them?
The offer should match the software capability and I am constantly checking to see if my receipts have been accepted.

Also there are "alerts" that show but when I open the app there is nothing new.
The app is not progressing to keep up with real time offers unfortunately.

If you have submitted your receipts before the bonus has expired, Ibotta will still credit you for the bonus, even if it has taken weeks after the bonus has expired.  I know, since it has happened to me.

When it gets closer to a bonus deadline, I take screenshots of everything and take pictures of my receipt.  If my submission is not complete or in pending status within 48 hours, I submit a request and include all screenshots and receipt.

Online purchases take longer.  I have had online purchases take months.  But if there is a bonus associated with an online purchase, you will get it, too.

Hope this helps...
