I vote @FelskyNY for CVS President!! You are always so informative about CVS. I never even had as much trouble wrapping my head around quantum physics as I do CVS. 

I'm finally restocked on most essentials I needed but would love a few more tooth brushes so I'm looking to see if I have the oral B as well. Thanks Felsk!

@Donna2  I am so humbled LOL, but my CVS skills are very rusty!  It was fun getting back to CVS for a few deals the last week or so, and now that I have a bunch of EB, I see myself in CVS a lot more often.

Was able to track down the Revlon offers at CVS.  I finally pulled the trigger and signed up for care pass annual membership.  There’s a CVS (and a Walgreens) less than a mile from where I live.  Got a discount of 10% on care pass by ordering through the BeFrugal website during Prime days.

They are currently BOGOH  (Buy one get one 1/2 off) at CVS and I have a 50% off) , but when I try to stack the deals online to see if it will stack, it doesn't show the coupon.  

If I put 1 item in my cart, the 50% comes off.  If I put 2 items in my cart, the BOGOH comes off but not the 50% off also.  I guess I'll have to try it in store. 

I don't want to wait til Sunday when new sales start - because we know the Revlon offers disappear quickly. 

I know Walgreens had digital too - if you haven't used them already.

@FelskyNY   The 50% only applies on regular priced items.  So that may be why it doesn't work when you add 2 to your cart online b/c it's picking it up as a sale.  Not sure if it'll work in store on the full priced one.

For you, or anybody trying to sort out the CVS Game,  I highly recommend Southern Savers.  Every week she posts the list on Thursday for the next week's sale, including coupon match ups.  But on Tuesday she shares a live video of that week's best deals and how the coupons, including the CRTs match up.  Best thing is she always includes the Ibotta offers in her match ups too.

Thanks to her, this week I  left CVS with 4 toothpaste, 2 haircolor and 3 eyeshadow quads.  I paid ~$10 and left with another $17 in ECB, sadly no Ibotta offers.
