They can lock it for different reasons an audit, they think you did something fraudulent, you tried to take out a large sum at once, you tried to take out as soon as you got money, you did multiple purchases back to back etc. Put in a ticket and they will unlock you that could take up to a week or more since people put in tickets for every little thing.
