Unfortunately, Ibotta only supports linking your Ridley's Advantage Card.
If you are not getting credit for items you have been purchasing, I would open a request with Ibotta Customer Care. They will want you to attach a copy of your receipt and they may need you to take pictures of each rebate item and the UPCs.
For the future, you could go to the Account screen in the Ibotta app, then select Settings. Select Linked Accounts.
If Ridley's is listed, you can disconnect it and try linking it again. If Ridley's is NOT listed, then you are not linked. Again, you can try to link your Advantage card again.
Based on what I can see, Ibotta does not support Pickup & Delivery at Ridley's.
