I got a negative balance after they reversed some items that were legit, I've counted that I lost about $120 that I was suppose to get back but they've taken out more than they should.
I did submit a ticket but they were ignored.
With losing approx $120, and with ridiculous negative amount on my account, I want to just shut down ibotta and never use it again, as their customer service was not helpful and concerned.
Do I have to do anything to just deactivate my account?

My mother always said "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it." I'm going to take her advice, and I think you should to.
