I thought about getting the Cotton Balls, but all the Walmarts in my area are out of stock, according to Brickseek.  Of course, it could be wrong.

Thank you for posting this deal.  I use cotton balls to stimulate neonate kittens to go **bleep**, and I go through at least 24 cotton balls per day per kitten.  My Walmart only had 1 in stock, but hope they restock and I get a reset.

Looking at the offer I would have not known it included the cotton balls and rounds. These will pair nicely with the free Witch Hazel.

@cjwoody  I'll keep searching but 2 of my WM were OOS - I was going to mention it was limit 3 when you were debating which to buy - go stock up!  My store only had equate brand.  Did you find these in the make-up section?  That's where I was looking.
