So with the WiFi idea being somewhat out of the picture as a possible cause, we're keeping an eye out for any other factors that could lead to the offers disappearing and reappearing as you described. If anyone thinks of anything that could help us recreate it, let me know. So far I haven't had any luck, and clearly it's something affecting many of you so there must be some pattern.
@LaraL this morning I was looking for an old post I made and stumbled upon other posts which describe the exact same scenario as what we’ve been discussing here. I went back as far as October of last year, but I’m out of time for now. I’m going to include links to all of these posts and would like to encourage the tech team to look at all of these situations to determine if they have anything in common. I really don’t think this is a WiFi issue.
Additionally, this is not the only technical glitch currently happening in the app. There are numerous glitches, and most all of them are identified multiple times in the community posts. It would be very beneficial for the tech team to start looking back at the history of posts because they will find a wealth of information that’s needed to identify key data points. I know the tech team is working diligently on these glitches, and please know that I’m willing to help in anyway I can. If anyone needs more information from me or has any questions, please have them contact me.

Thank you for finding the old posts, there's clearly a long term pattern with this happening and I really do appreciate your help in troubleshooting. I'm thinking it's not a WiFi issue either, for what it's worth.
As for your other points, I'm removing them from the thread and I'll follow up with you via private message to discuss as it doesn't pertain to the thread topic, so keep an eye out for a post from me in a couple minutes.
We're still investigating this and I wanted to check something. Are you all using Androids or iPhones with Ibotta when you experience this issue?
@LaraL iPhone running iOS 14.4.2, which until this morning was the most current. I’ll be updating shortly to the latest version just released. It seems like Apple updates are happening more and more frequently. I’m also running the newest version of Ibotta (6.78.0) released 4 days ago. My settings allow for everything to automatically update, but I check periodically to make sure.
Sometimes if you go to the bottom you can pull up your list and the item will be there. I noticed when there item is about to expire it's not on the page but pull up the list and it will appear there
