Just curious if anyone else is having Sprouts pending for awhile. I bought all 3 flow waters at sprouts in 4/16 and it's still pending. I wanted them to complete my April showers and level 2 bonus but because its taking so long, I went ahead and did a couple more purchases that completed them just to be safe so not a big deal. I just haven't had pending this long before. All my other purchases from WM and Target and Frys went thru pretty quick but not Sprouts. I'm going to give it another day before I open a ticket, but in the mean time just wanted to see if anyone else having the same long pending time from sprouts?

I have a few more hours before the “48,” but it looks like I’ll have to put in tickets for both Sprouts and Whole Foods. All other receipts from later that day (Walmart, Target) have already cleared.
I have Target pending since 4/16 too but not worried. It will go through. It's been slower on some merchants lately. They're going through some waves. Don't think it has anything to do with specific merchants.
@Save21 @SoCalHal it will be 48hours for me in about 15 mins lol. @SoCalHal let me know if yours go thru on it's own,, and I will do the same.
I think I will still wait another day and if not by about this time tomorrow I will put in a ticket. Just one other time I had something get stuck and I think was from Whole Foods but that was awhile ago. It was in pending for 4 days. I put in a ticket on the 4th day and they resolved it very quickly.
My Sprouts receipts were pending for about 2 hours prior to being credited to my account. My last purchase I cleared 11 items with no issues.
@Donna2 Sure, I’ll let you know how it goes. I went ahead and created a ticket for Whole Foods since it was the earlier and more expensive of the two. The last time that I waited 3 days before following-up on a Whole Foods receipt, they claimed it had already been credited to someone else... I successfully disputed it (eventually), but will never let a Whole Foods receipt “linger” after that. If Sprouts hasn’t landed by tomorrow, that will be a ticket as well.
I’ve unlinked all my shopper accounts for two reasons.
1. I find I get my rebates faster when I submit the receipts.
2. I’ve had issues with not receiving credit for all of my purchases.
I’d rather submit receipts than having to submit support tickets.
