I have reached out to support three different times, for the last three days and have received no help. Is there another avenue to seek help besides through an online ticket?
They get 1000s of tickets a day since people put them in for every little thing. It's stated in a pinned post in the deals forum click deals forum upper right corner of this community stating that they know about the long ticket times. If you keep putting in tickets you go to the bottom of the list and wait longer. You can also go on the ibotta facebook page and send them a message.
