Sort of odd, but I have one that expires 12/24.  Maybe it is same thing, but mine does not mention an outage and I did not get an email either.  Anyway I am always down for FREE Taco Bell.

I also have a FREE Black Bean Chalupa WYS $1+, and I am all about the black bean, but it says it expires 12/10 @ 2:59 AM ET, so looks like it may go bye bye in 12 minutes......lol    DEAD DEAD DEAD.  I should check my app more often.  It seemed to linger for about an hour.  I probably could have used it during that hour, but I didn't feel like going there although they were open until 4 AM
