Anyone else not get their credit from Team Beachball Summer Cash Pool?

Last summer, I was a winner on the Yellow team and I had to place a ticket.  Seems they 'forgot' to pay mine out when all the others paid out.  I hope I don't have to do the same this year on the Beachball team.

Aug 5 email said "in a few weeks". So, not too much longer.

I specifically remember something mentioning that earnings would come 'early August.'

This is unacceptable. 

Delaying the money is one thing, but not even bothering to send out emails with a status update is not, especially when it is no longer 'early August.'

I don't personally care if it is end of September, but I don't like not knowing what is going on.
