Your code is not good here since everyone already has ibotta if you want referral money put the code on your facebook . Your facebook friends who use ibotta  are teammates. A notification went out in the beginning of July that teammates aren't working they are working on it. That's why some people do not have the monthly bonuses.

What are you going to do with her email request? The only way to add teammates is either through facebook (which you don't have) or for people who don't have an ibotta account yet, they can use your referral code. Since everyone on here would already have an ibotta account, they cannot become your teammates unless you get facebook and add them as friends. Unfortunately there are no other ways to get teammates.
