Hello all!

I've been having issues in getting my thanksgiving rebate. I received an email saying you've got cash but it's been a week and I don't see any options in my account to cash out. I ordered through walmart pickup. Is anyone having issues?

You can't cash out until you have $20

From the app  click ACCOUNT in lower right.  

Then WITHDRAW CASH.

is there any way i can access to see how much cash back i got even if can't withdraw yet? i cant seem to find any evidence of any approved cash back

It sounds like you are using Ibotta on your computer.  If so, you need to load the Ibotta app to your phone.  The app is the only way to withdraw your earnings.  It will also tell you how much you earned at which stores on what items.
