Thanksgiving rebate not appearing

I picked up my order on Sunday and thought I would receive the rebate within 24 hours and it is still not there after 3 days. Please help!

Did you add each of the offers to ibotta before shopping?

Did you link WM with ibotta?

Perhaps it may take another day or so, but you may need to open a ticket.

I had the same issue. I contacted Ibotta for help via messaging and they replied via email. They adjusted my account. So now we are all good. The turkey is getting hard to find in a Walmart store. I had to choose Cajun turkey. But no biggie. Thank you Ibotta for the great customer service.

I’m having the same problem. It stinks I can’t keep $ tied up for weeks waiting on a response. You would think buying through the app and picking up would make it quicker but no and their CS is very slow to respond.

normal time is up to 48 hours people have posted 3-5 days some longer

I too picked up Sunday and still no rebate ..I opened a ticket..this was first time using online grocery...I have notes saying accounts connected and thanks for shopping if you bought correct items you get rebate
