I am sorry this happened to you. The turkey rebate has specific requirements that have to be met. Only certain brands are accepted which were listed under the details page. The turkey also had to be 3 pounds or more. Did you scan the barcode of the turkey before purchasing? That's what I did to make sure it was a match. You also have to select the offer before purchasing. If you met all the requirements, go ahead and submit a help ticket. Include a photo of the receipt if you have it, photo of the turkey and the barcode in your ticket. Once submitted, it can take a few days to hear back from them. I hope you get your credit soon.
