This app won't let me submit Target receipts unless I link to my Target account. When I try to link the accounts I get a message saying "Unable to link your Target account." App is useless!!!

I am having the same issue. I bought the family size potato’s for the thanksgiving deal. I scanned the barcode to make sure it was the correct one, and bought two. When I got home to scan it disappeared. Very upset by this.

This is a user forum. There are a few mods, but ibotta customer service workers do not dwell within. If you are seeking advice, most answers will end in 'open a ticket', but sometimes fellow users can offer suggestions or advice.
You may get help if you post here, but you will have much better luck if you start a new conversation.
Thank you for letting us know about the delay. Could you please ask that we get more than a form letter response? Especially when you respond NO my issue is not settled. My account should have been credited and I shouldn't have lost my bonus money. Thank you again for all your help.
@Glammy Thank you! I submitted a ticket for missing credit, but I know it will take weeks to get resolved. I just tried submitting my receipt again for the item that was not credited. Fingers crossed that this works.
@Glammy It worked!!! My credit for the missing item came through within 5 minutes by resubmitting my receipt. I never knew I could do that. Thanks so much!

Interestingly enough, I just got an email from Ibotta stating they were sorry but I couldn't be added to the community because my user name was not in the database. Clearly I am already here and have been for a few weeks. Not really sure where to reach out to since it is a no reply address, but going to assume it was sent in error. Justin case you want to look into that.
