You can be locked for many reasons an audit, they think you did something fraudulent, you tried to take out a large sum at once, you tried to take out money ass soon as you got it, you did many rebates back to back, etc. You'll have to put in a ticket for them to unlock you this can take up to a week or more since people put in tickets for every little thing.
