have been using Ibotta for years, since their last update, I cannot log on. get error "no internet connection". Have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, reset pw numerous times. No help from CS. Very frustrated. Anyone have this happen?

The same has happened to me. I am unable to sign in using email, facebook or google. I have tried to reset my password, it always says an email will be sent. I have not gotten an email. I have been trying for the past 3 days. I always end up with a "no internet connection" message. I have tried toggling between data and internet. I have tried when connected to internet away from home. Nothing has worked, I would appreciate any suggestions.
