I hadth saeisse but I added an offer and I got a pop up that requested for me to link account and checked off the box to continue submitting receipt. And my submit receipt button reappeared.
Thank you for the help but I do not have Target listed as a store to submit scanned receipt to when I follow the screen shots. Looked many different ways. I don’t want to always have to use my card to pay or try to remember to scan my phone bar code to get credit from Ibotta. I like scanning my receipts. I’ve learned my lesson.
@KimPieper3 I don’t mind at all. If you change your mind and would like to try a few more ideas, just come on back. I didn’t realize it at first, but the list of retailers that you see by default is not a complete list. In order to view all available retailers you need to click the upside down triangle on the right, and then click “A to Z” or “Z to A.” I would choose “Z to A” because it will pull up the complete list in reverse order. Target is the 21st store listed. If you still don’t see it, try typing “Target”into the search bar at the top of the Redeem page. I’m sure you tried both of these options, but I wanted to include them in case others don’t know. One of the many great things about this community group is that we can often discover new ways of using the app when we see someone else’s post. Hope you’ll give it another shot. We’ll still be here.
I did try searching for Target both of those ways and it did not work. Just not going to be able to submit a receipt by scanning I guess.
I was about to confirm that the workaround was successful on my account, and gave me the option when I followed those steps.
But FYI, when I checked the regular way just now, uploading a receipt is currently an option there as well. It appears to have reverted from the new design that was on my account a few days ago, so I’m not sure how long this version will last. So, hopefully the workaround will remain in place, in either case.
So I don’t know if I missed it in a previous comment or not but all I had to do was unlink my account for the upload receipt option to appear. Thanks everybody!!
For those that had the new version, we did revert it yesterday due to some difficulties on iOS devices. I'll let you all know when I get an update on that.
Saving for fun, you seem to be pretty savvy with the ibotta app. Back in December I made an online purchase at Target and never received credit for any of the items I purchased. I figured the app would work the same as the linked Walmart app. I never submitted a trouble ticket, just decided not to shop at Target. Now I have two bonuses I would like to complete and Target is the only store in my area with required products in stock according to their websites. And it was not until I read the initial post an issue existed with redeeming receipts from Target. I even searched for the retailer using your online tutorials and these are the results
would you have any more ideas for a resolution.

@OBSHOP do you still have your account linked? If so, you will need to unlink it before Target will show on the Redeem page. @KimPieper3 was having the same issue and just reported back that she had to unlink first. I’ll post screenshots of the steps to unlink. Hopefully, this solution will work for you, too. Thank you, @KimPieper3, for the update and helping to solve this issue for someone else! I’m sorry I didn’t think to ask if you were linked or unlinked. Now, it all makes sense.
