I was able to upload my receipt through the target app ( on discover, push the barcode button, scan receipt and/or enter the receipt number) instead of ibotta as a workaround without having to contact stupid ibotta to upload my receipt. Hopefully others can do this too if they forget to scan their barcodes or enter their phone number at the check out, cuz I literally always do that. I assume there's plenty of people besides me who have this problem with their linked account. It's a HASSLE being limited to one form of redeeming offers.
