Used Website Not App

I used the Ibotta website, not the App and linked it to Walmart when I made 2 separate pick-up orders. It's been over 24 hours for each, and I haven't received my credit or my $20 bonus for my new account. Can anyone tell me why this is? I only have until Nov 8th, 2 days, to get my bonus, so could someone help me ASAP?

I have never used the Ibotta website.  I always use my phone.  I think there are limitations on the website, but I could be wrong.

It can take 24-48 hours to get a Walmart Pick-up order credit in Ibotta.  If it has already been that long, I would open up a request and document everything, including emails from Walmart and lists of items you purchased that are in Ibotta.

How do you attach e-mails? I'm attempting to contact Ibotta.

Whether you are using your phone or your PC, select Print to print the email.  When it asks for the printer, make sure to select PDF.  Make sure you remember where you save it.  Now that you have the email in a PDF file, you can attach it to the Request to Ibotta.
