Been doing Ibotta for 4 years, more than $2000 in savings. Love it but am very frustrated at the moment. Had a recent grocery run to Walmart that was nearly $400. Made the mistake of using Wal Mart pay which is supposed to match all of my rebates. Nothing. Zero. I contacted support and sent them my receipt. Then I had to tell them all of the offers I was trying to match. As if I could remember them all. Then they told me none of them were added before I checked out. False. Again, I know how to use it: Ugh.

Did you click the items you wanted before you bought them in the correct walmart section in the ibotta app? If you want to scan your receipt instead just pay a penny at the register first then use walmart pay this will give a receipt to scan.

Walmart Pay is Walmart's touchless payment method.  Unless you link Ibotta with the Walmart app, you won't get credit.

Walmart Pay, by itself, will not give you a paper receipt.  The receipt is in your Walmart app under Purchase History.  The easiest way to get a paper receipt is to pay part of your purchase with cash.  I use a penny at the self checkout or with a cashier.

You don't have a paper receipt to scan and I am assuming you didn't link Ibotta with your Walmart app.  Unfortunately, I don't think you can get credit.

If it was me, I would check my receipt in the app and return everything that had an Ibotta rebate.  When you take the items back, tell them you want to re-buy them so you can get a receipt.  They should be ok with this.  It saves you time, saves them time and you get your paper receipt.

I have experienced similar issues when using Walmart pay  with no or missing credits. Open your Walmart app got to the purchase history, open the receipt, and manually enter the TC# into Ibotta.  Give this a try and you should receive your missing credits.

I just used Walmart pay yesterday (3/31) and I am still wondering why I haven’t seen any sign of my earnings posting. I’m trying to be patient. I’ve used Walmart pay through ibotta before with no hitches. Haven’t reached out and I’m questioning if I’d did something wrong but certain I did not, so it’s interesting to read your story as mine seems similar. Good luck!

I’m having a problem with Walmart to I can only put in two receipts in at a time and then the other ones that you already been gone this is been going on for the last month what’s up at Walmart
