First, make sure you have linked Ibotta with Walmart. You can do this in the app or on the Chrome Extension.
Second, make sure you select each rebate in the Ibotta app or on the Chrome Extension before making a purchase.
When you place your order on Walmart Grocery Pickup & Delivery, be sure to turn substitutions off for any Ibotta offers. Ibotta will only reimburse you for items that match the Ibotta rebate, not what was substituted (unless it actually matches another rebate).
Be sure to verify that the item you want to purchase matches the Ibotta rebate. You can scan each of the items you picked up in the Ibotta app.
Be aware that it can take a couple of days to get your credit from Ibotta after your pickup. Any bonuses are based on the order date/time, not when you pick it up.
If you feel that you have purchased something that should have matched, sometimes Ibotta misses it. You can submit a request to Ibotta. Be sure to include your emailed order from Walmart and screenshots of the items you did not get credit for. Also include any screenshots of bonuses you should have received.
