Walmart online order

So am I crazy or does the walmart delivery only work sometimes? Sometimes I order things and get the rebates and other times I don't.  I feel like getting a hold of ibotta they will just tell me to link me account ( which I did) 

My last order I got zero rebates, I just did another today and picked about 10 items and I haven't seen anything yet. What's going on?

If you just placed the order, it does take 24-48 hours to get credit from Ibotta.

When you placed your order, did you do it going through the Ibotta app or did you use the browser extension?  The extension is easier, but sometimes it goes better through the app, in my opinion.

Of course, you must select the items before the order and have your Ibotta account linked to Walmart.

If you purchased something and didn't get credit, go to Account in the app and select Help to open a request.  Be sure to include a copy of your email receipt from Walmart and pictures of the items missing and the UPCs.

Requests can take 24-48 hours to get a response.

You're not crazy, it does not work consistently. I currently have an order where I received the offer for 1 item, but not on the other 4 items from the same online order.
