I am just getting into the community aspect of Ibotta. What is the best part? How many times do you visit the community? Trying to figure out how it fits with the rebate side of things.

I need help 

I'm new to ibotta it says my account  is locked 

I'm not rich

A friend told me about it

I got up to 20$ it wont move it into PayPal

I emailed ibotta they said something about validating period 

I try not to trust things like this 

It looks like a scam

I think people use ibotta

I ibotta is not a scam, i am sorry  that you are  having a hard time with ibbota. Did you  email  ibotta and let them know the issues? Because  I didn't experience  no issues, I have cash out multiple times using my PayPal account. Once you  get the issues  resolved, you will  enjoy  ibotta  and the features that they offer.
