Whoops! I inadvertently submitted a duplicate receipt!

Last week I ranted about being accused of submitting a receipt already submitted by my teammate.....well, shame on me because yesterday I actually did it, inadvertently,  of course. 

It is still PENDING,  so I submitted a "need help" ticket to explain that it was a duplicate,  and I sent pics of the correct receipt plus barcode of item.  Is there a better way to handle such blunders?

nope just wait for them to get back to you or send them a facebook message and look next time before scanning or they will lock you out for good
