Why when i try to withdraw my cash IT DOESNT WORK!!!

I have 20 dollars and 50 cents Ive tried contacting help 2 times for a issue that would state we are having problems connect to your information please try again later, and none have been responded to!!!

Ive tried resetting my phone turing wifi on and off clearing cache and reinstalling the app and none of these bogus solutions work!!! Its almost like the app is putting out excuses for me not to be able to withdraw my money!

I've seen many people have this problem and the only response they get is "please contact us in our help center".

Well I've tried TWO times and Nobody has even responded yet.

In conclusion I want a reason why I cant withdraw my cash without it saying "please try again". Before anyone says "oh its your connection" My internet is working fine and my mobile data too so why isnt this app working? I want a clear response why this isn't working and i dont want a the same explanation of" restarting your phone or clearing cache" because that isnt working!!!!

At this point i feel like this app is just making up excuses so i can't withdraw my money and keep my information and data ive given from just scanning my receipts sounds like a cheeky move to me.

I dont want to point fingers but i just need a reasoning of why it wont work.

All i want is to withdraw my cash.

If it's your 1st time withdrawing you could be locked it's to make sure you are you. You will need to put in a ticket to get unlocked so  you can withdraw. It's been happening with a lot of new people for awhile now.

I've submitted a ticket and been waiting for days and supposedly they should respond to me by 48 hours.

And I still haven't gotten a reply and ive submitted two tickets.

Im trying to withdraw for a gift card and i tried to connect it to my bank and the same error appeared.

Ok. Please be patient. The wait can be longer than expected, but they do respond.

Are you using a laptop, desk computer or cell app? somtimes if your using a phone app it glitches a lot more.

You can only withdraw from the app.

I have never had ant problems withdrawing cash to a Paypal account. After reading this thread I went to withdraw and got the same message "try again later"
