Question: Why am I getting an error when trying to cash out?
Answer: It's possible that your account is locked. If you submit a ticket to the Care team they will manually review your account and likely unlock it. This process can take 3-5 business days.
Note: If you are attempting to withdraw within the first 48 hours of your first transaction it can lead to your account being locked. Be sure to wait until after the first 48 hours before attempting again.
