Update from our server: They have identified the root cause of the issue and are starting to see some signs of improvement. As of now they do not have an estimated time for full recovery.
Update 4:24pm: We're continuing to monitor the status of AWS servers. Check back in the morning for more info as our teams receive it.
Update 9:00am: All services are restored.
@LaraL thanks for letting us know, I just tried to log into the browser extension and was trying to figure out if it was a me problem or not.
Thank you for keeping us updated @LaraL. I thought someone funny was going on when I wanted to use my earnings to buy a gift card and it said it wasn’t available right now. I panicked a little hoping my account wasn’t locked by the bot!
@Lakelady126 just checked and your account is definitely not locked, it seems to be related to the outage.

I read that Amazon was down along with other sites. Problem with Amazon Web Services cloud servers.

is the fact that i get the the message when trying to check king soopers and get told this retailer isn't in the app right now relsted to this outage?

Seems AWS (the server we use) is aware of the issue and working on a resolution, so hopefully we'll be seeing everything back up here soon.
